Assignment Description
We are seeking a Transformation Management Office (TMO) Specialist
What You Will Work On
Project & Portfolio Management
- Support project lifecycle management and project tracking activities
- Coordinate portfolio planning, analysis, and governance processes
- Maintain project and portfolio dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
- Monitor project quality, governance compliance, and PMO hygiene standards
- Support capacity planning and resource management activities
- Assist with vendor coordination and management activities
ERP Rollout Methodology & Ways of Working
- Maintain ERP rollout methodologies, frameworks, and standards
- Support training and onboarding related to program processes and tools
- Ensure compliance with PMO governance and delivery standards
- Guide project managers on methodologies and best practices
- Coordinate lessons learned activities and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support operational PMO administration and housekeeping activities
Reporting & Stakeholder Management
- Prepare reports and presentations for Steering Committee meetings
- Support sponsor and executive stakeholder reporting
- Maintain management dashboards and KPI reporting
- Analyze program data and provide actionable insights
- Consolidate information from multiple projects into executive-level reporting materials
Program Tools & Governance
- Support and administer program management tools
- Provide training and user support for project management tools
- Contribute to knowledge management initiatives
- Drive continuous improvements in reporting, governance, and operational processes
What You Bring
- 5–8 years of experience within PMO, Transformation Office, or Program Management environments
- Experience supporting large transformation programs and ERP initiatives
- Strong PMO administration, governance, and quality assurance expertise
- Experience with portfolio management and project governance processes
- Experience with ERP implementation or ERP rollout programs
- Knowledge of ERP project management methodologies, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
- Strong reporting, dashboarding, and data analysis capabilities
- Experience preparing executive and steering committee reports
- Experience defining and maintaining project methodologies and ways of working
- Vendor management experience
- Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to synthesize complex information and present actionable insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills
