Would you like to work as a Solution Specialist at Securitas in an international environment where advanced security platforms, innovation, and operational excellence come together? You will join a senior specialist team based in Malmö that works closely with countries and stakeholders across Europe to ensure the stability, compliance, and continuous development of standardized security solutions, including Video Management Systems (VMS).
The role combines technical problem-solving, hands-on lab work, operational support, and development initiatives with the opportunity to influence future security solutions across Europe.

You will become an important part of a Swedish specialist team responsible for stability, quality, and innovation across platforms used in multiple countries and high-security environments.

The role combines operations and platform support with development initiatives, technical evaluations, and standardization.
One day you may be working with incident management or platform-related support, while the next you are testing new solutions in a lab environment or participating in international development initiatives together with colleagues across Europe.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

As a Solution Specialist, you will work broadly across operations, support, innovation, and technical development.
Your responsibilities will include:

• SME for standardized and integrated security solutions across Services, SRM, and Technology
• Supporting European countries and SOCs in deployment and operation of security solutions
• Contributing to analysis and escalation of complex incidents and architectural challenges
• Ensuring compliance with standards, governance, and security requirements
• Validating solutions, integrations, and operational readiness in lab/test environments
• Participating in innovation, pilots, and proof-of-concepts focused on scalability
• Supporting lifecycle activities including upgrades, changes, and solution improvements
• Creating documentation, playbooks, and support material for delivery teams
• Collaborating with Product, Technology, Innovation, and European operations teams

The position is based at Jägersro in Malmö, where the team works closely together near the Securitas Experience Center.
The role belongs to Commercial & Solutions Europe and is part of the European Solution Center of Excellence.

The work follows a hybrid model, and physical presence is a natural part of the role since access to lab environments, equipment, and testing is sometimes required.

The team consists of senior specialists with backgrounds in areas such as VMS, security platforms, networking, operations, and technical development.

We are looking for someone who thrives in technically complex environments where problem-solving, structure, and collaboration are natural parts of everyday work.
You are confident in your expertise, enjoy taking initiative, and are motivated by working both operationally and close to development in an international environment.

You have experience in operations, support, or technical work within security platforms, Video Management Systems, or similar environments.
We would also like to see that you have an understanding of system operations, patching, compliance, and technical troubleshooting in larger platform environments.

Experience from the security industry, innovation, technical evaluations, lifecycle management, or international organizations is considered highly meritorious.
Knowledge and experience within areas such as video, access control, or security-related environments are also seen as strong advantages.

As the role involves daily interaction with stakeholders and colleagues across Europe, you need to be communicative and fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Swedish is considered an advantage.
