About the Role
As a Senior SiC PVT Development Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and scaling Physical Vapor Transport (PVT) crystal growth processes for Silicon Carbide substrates.
You will work closely with manufacturing, quality, equipment suppliers, research partners, and customers to improve crystal quality, increase yield, and support technology transfer into production
This role combines hands-on development work, process optimization, problem-solving, and strategic technology development.
