Job Responsibilities

As an HR Specialist, you will support and develop the local HR function in Sweden and the wider Nordic region.
The role includes both daily HR operations and HR compliance-related work in an international business environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Establish, maintain, and improve local HR management processes, including HR policies, employee handbook, work environment documentation, internal procedures, and HR-related guidelines in accordance with Swedish employment practices and local legal requirements.
  2. Support recruitment activities for different business units in the Nordic region, including job posting, recruitment channel management, candidate communication, interview coordination, onboarding preparation, and employee information maintenance.
  3. Handle employee administration, including employment documents, personnel files, HR system updates, internal approval processes, attendance management, and coordination with internal departments.
  4. Coordinate payroll-related processes, including attendance data, salary input, bonus information, payroll documentation, insurance, pension, and other employment-related benefits in cooperation with external payroll and insurance providers.
  5. Assist with local compliance matters, including employment terms, collective agreement-related matters, pension and insurance arrangements, GDPR, work environment requirements, and supplier coordination.
  6. Support headquarters and regional HR projects, including training, organizational culture, performance management, salary review, employee communication, and internal reporting.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who has:

  1. A bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Law, Social Sciences, or another relevant field.
  2. At least one year of relevant work experience, operations, coordination, compliance, or related business support functions.
    Having worked for an international company is a significant advantage.
  3. Good knowledge of HR processes, employee administration, and organizational coordination.
  4. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders across different countries and functions.
  5. Good English skills, both written and spoken.
    Good Chinese language skills are considered a strong advantage, as the role requires regular coordination with headquarters and Chinese-speaking internal stakeholders.
  6. A proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and result-driven working style.
