Get an idea of the role

In this role, you will be part of Group Privacy, working closely with the DPO and team to support our business with expertise in privacy and data protection.
You will also play a key role in shaping how we work,ensuring alignment with both regulatory expectations and organisational needs across the Nordics.

As we continue to evolve, our work will be supported by a new privacy platform as well as digital co-workers in the form of AI agents.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Act as a privacy subject‑matter expert and trusted advisor to business and support functions.

• Develop and enforce privacy policies, standards and strategies to ensure GDPR compliance.

• Perform privacy risk assessments, DPIA screenings and DPIAs, and support risk mitigation.

• Maintain and develop Records of Processing Activities (ROPA) in line with business and regulatory changes.

• Support and advise the organization on handling data subject rights requests.

• Conduct Transfer Impact Assessments (TIAs) and advise on international data transfers.

• Lead and coordinate personal data breach management, including investigation, remediation and notification

• Develop and deliver privacy training and awareness activities across the organization.

• Provide guidance on Data Protection by Design and by Default in projects, products and procurement.

• Support audits, supervisory authority interactions and regulatory inquiries related to data protection.

You are confident and self-driven, comfortable making independent assessments while navigating a changing business environment with structure and a pragmatic approach.
With a curious and forward-looking mindset, you are motivated by improving ways of working and increasing efficiency.

To succeed in this role, we believe you bring:

• At least four years of relevant GDPR experience

• A relevant academic background

• Fluency in Swedish and English

• Experience or an interest in technology, AI, and new ways of working is a clear advantage.
