We are now looking for a Senior Performance & Insights Analyst who will act as a trusted advisor to our leadership - shaping the performance narrative, translating data into clear choices, and ensuring the right stakeholders have the right insights at the right time.

Welcome to the Technology Performance Management unit within the CIO Office & Change.
We add value by creating transparency, accountability and insight into how Group Technology is performing and by partnering with leaders and teams to turn that insight into focused action.
As the Senior Performance & Insights Analyst, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to turn performance data into decision‑relevant insight: what is happening, why it matters, what is changing and what to do next.
You will connect technology metrics to strategic objectives, challenge assumptions when needed, and help ensure consistent, high‑quality performance reporting across key governance forums.
You will be part of a small, high‑visibility team where ownership is high and ways of working continue to evolve.
We operate with a strong internal customer mindset: we listen carefully to what leaders need, respond fast, and continuously improve how we deliver insights.
Through collaboration and a holistic understanding of Nordea and Group Technology, we help the organisation stay focused, well‑run and performance‑driven.
