Our story begins with Shadi Bitar and Ninos Malki, who came to Sweden from Syria as kids and discovered that books could be a bridge - helping them learn the language, understand the culture, and explore new worlds.

And now, we're on a quest to find our next Head of Partnerships.

Let us tell you about the role 📖 As Head of Partnerships at Nextory, you will lead our Commercial Business Development team and play a key role in driving subscriber growth through partnerships.

Your mission is to scale and evolve our partnership channel while ensuring long-term profitability and sustainable growth.
You will combine commercial thinking, leadership, and creativity to strengthen existing collaborations and identify new ways to provide shared value for us and our partners.

In this role you will,

  • Drive growth through partnerships

  • Lead and develop the Commercial Business Development team

  • Own budget, ROI, and sales funnel performance

  • Strengthen partnerships and commercial offerings

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize campaigns and assets

The main character we’re looking for 👀 We believe you are a commercially driven and hands-on person with strong experience in sales, partnerships and business development.
You are motivated by creating measurable business impact and know how to combine strategic thinking with execution.

We also believe that you have.

  • A couple of years of experience in sales, partnerships or business development

  • Experience working with partnership strategies, sales funnels and conversion optimization

  • Ability to manage budgets and evaluate performance based on ROI and growth metrics

We are based in Stockholm, Sweden, with offices in Paris and Bangalore.
Our hybrid work policy includes four days in the office and Wednesdays as a work-from-home day.
