About the role
MSX International is currently looking for a Helpdesk Engineer to join our technical support team in Gothenburg, Sweden.
In this role, you will provide parts, technical, and diagnostic support to dealers, approved repairers, and independent operators, helping them resolve technical issues efficiently and correctly the first time.
You will support workshops across the region primarily through a ticketing system, while also handling more complex cases via phone.
The role involves close collaboration with dealer technicians, internal teams, and the OEM, with a clear focus on quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
You will be part of an experienced and supportive team where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous development are key.
