What you’ll do

As a Business Analyst within Digital Commercial & Operations, you’ll turn business needs and strategic questions into actionable insights.
Through data‑driven analysis of customer behaviour and performance, you’ll support decision‑making and help drive digital growth.

→ analyse business needs and transform data into clear, actionable insights

→ conduct deep dives into customer behaviour, performance and commercial results

→ develop business cases for digital initiatives and concept development

→ evaluate concept performance together with web analysts and business stakeholders

→ analyse data and present findings to support insights and decision‑making

→ set methods and best practices for determining strategic priorities

→ follow up on performance, validate business cases and support recommended actions

Who you’ll work with

You’ll work closely with the Digital Commercial Manager, web analysts, digital teams and cross‑functional stakeholders across H&M Group.
