About the position

We are currently seeking motivated production workers for one of our leading clients in Kävlinge within the food manufacturing industry.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience throughout the full production cycle and broaden your expertise in various areas of the operation.

In this role, you will be responsible for packing and handling food products in a chilled warehouse environment (3–8°C / 37–46°F).
The position includes both daytime and evening shifts scheduled across weekdays and weekends, so flexibility and good availability are important.
As the work can be physically intensive and fast-paced, it is best suited for someone who enjoys staying active and performing in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Cutting, washing, packing salads and vegetables

• Restocking goods

• Performing quality checks on products

• Sorting and basic cleaning

Profile & Background

We are seeking a proactive and open-minded individual who approaches work with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
As a consultant at Boxflow, you should feel comfortable adapting to different tasks and supporting the team wherever your contribution is needed.

The role can involve repetitive tasks, heavy lifting, and a fast workflow, which means you should be physically capable and comfortable working at a steady pace.
While prior experience in a production environment is beneficial, we place greater value on your commitment, reliability, and motivation to do a great job.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of english

• Valid driver’s license and access to a car

• Previous experience in production and warehouse work

• Forklift license and previous forklift driving experience are advantageous
