You will step into a key role in a complex Sales & Marketing environment where predictable delivery, clear priorities, and strong team ownership are essential.
As a Senior Scrum Master, you will help create the conditions for high-performing, self-organising teams that can deliver business value with transparency and focus.

This role combines facilitation, servant leadership, and continuous improvement.
You will work closely with the team, Product Owner, and stakeholders to strengthen ways of working, improve flow, and reduce delivery risk.
You will also help the organisation make better decisions by creating visibility around progress, dependencies, and impediments.

• You will plan and facilitate Scrum ceremonies with a strong focus on outcomes, sprint goals, and decision-making.
• You will create transparency through agile artefacts that clearly show progress, risks, and impediments.
• You will drive continuous improvement by turning retrospectives into concrete actions and following them through.
• You will proactively identify, manage, and escalate impediments that affect delivery.
• You will coordinate dependencies and risks across teams, functions, and stakeholders.
• You will help protect team focus by managing unplanned scope changes and conflicting priorities during iterations.
• You will support the Product Owner in backlog refinement, prioritisation, and planning.
• You will ensure backlog items are defined well enough to support effective estimation and delivery.
• You will strengthen collaboration between the team and stakeholders to align expectations, priorities, and delivery capability.
• You will coach the team in psychological safety, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
• You will observe and address team dynamics that affect delivery performance and agile maturity.
• You will communicate delivery status, trends, risks, and dependencies in a clear and fact-based way.

• Solid experience working as a Scrum Master in complex delivery environments.
• Strong ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and guide teams toward clear outcomes and decisions.
• Experience creating transparency through agile ways of working, artefacts, and follow-up.
• Ability to manage impediments, risks, and dependencies across teams and stakeholders.
• Experience supporting a Product Owner with backlog refinement, prioritisation, and planning.
• Strong coaching skills with the ability to develop team collaboration, accountability, self-leadership, and agile maturity.
• Ability to communicate delivery status, risks, and trends in a concise and fact-based manner.
