You will take a key role in verifying in-vehicle infotainment systems in a complex automotive environment, with a strong focus on customer-facing functions and quality across ongoing development programs.
This is a role for you who enjoy combining structure with flexibility: you set direction for verification work, while adapting quickly when priorities, deliveries, and focus areas change.

You will work closely with function developers, system engineers, UX and design teams, and other verification functions.
The role combines test leadership with hands-on contribution when needed, so you stay close to both strategy and execution.
You will also support vehicle-based validation in different markets and environments.
It is an exciting opportunity to influence how high-quality infotainment solutions are tested and delivered in a fast-moving development setting.

• You will lead and coordinate verification activities for infotainment systems across development programs.
• You will define, maintain, and continuously adapt verification strategies, plans, priorities, and test activities based on project needs and delivery targets.
• You will support the test team in daily prioritization, task allocation, and follow-up of execution.
• You will drive functional and system-level verification, primarily at vehicle level, to secure efficient test coverage.
• You will review test basis, requirements, test cases, and verification results.
• You will track, analyze, and communicate test status, quality risks, deviations, and defects to stakeholders.
• You will participate in test expeditions, including vehicle-based validation in different markets and environments.
• You will contribute to improvements in test methods, processes, tools, automation, and overall team efficiency.
• You will help ensure that the vehicle software baseline for infotainment test vehicles is kept updated.
• You will actively contribute to test activities when needed and help the team balance long-term planning with short-term execution.

• B.Sc.
  in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar technical education.
• At least 6 years of experience within automotive and/or infotainment verification, including test leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading verification activities and coordinating cross-functional test teams.
• Strong skills in test strategy, planning, risk assessment, and problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make effective decisions in a fast-changing development environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Valid driving license.
• Ability to travel freely throughout the EU and to non-EU countries in the Western Balkans, including Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Albania, and other countries in the region.
• Willingness to participate in recurring test expeditions that are an integral part of the role.
