You will join a major transformation within the custody area, where a new IT platform is being implemented to future-proof business and operations.
In this role, you will take a leading position in requirements work with a clear focus on enabling delivery: turning business needs into actionable solutions that fit the standard system and can be realized in practice.

You will work closely with product, architecture, technology, and operational stakeholders to make sure solutions are validated, understood, and adopted.
This is a hands-on role where you help reduce unnecessary complexity, challenge proposed solutions, and move the work forward.

• You will collect, analyze, and translate business needs into functional specifications and system requirements.
• You will write technical requirements, including protocol specifications.
• You will lead, coordinate, and drive refinement work across teams and stakeholders.
• You will collaborate with business and operations experts, product management, architects, tech leads, development teams, QA, subject matter experts, and managers to define scope and requirements.
• You will manage requirements throughout the product lifecycle and follow through on proposed solutions to ensure they are tested and validated.
• You will challenge unnecessary complexity and support stakeholders in understanding how the standard system should be used.
• You will contribute to alignment and acceptance of solutions across business and operations.

• Technical background through education and/or previous work as a developer or tester.
• Knowledge of the Custody domain.
• Several years of experience working as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience working with standard systems and translating business needs into effective system configurations and solutions.
• Experience working with complex systems and/or large, complex projects.
• Ability to drive requirement elicitation and refine requirements into implementable solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across different levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and move work forward in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, a structured way of working, and attention to detail.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.

• Experience coaching stakeholders and operational staff.
• Knowledge of the client's technical environment.
