ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly technical IT Support person to join us at HQ.
Placed in our Platform and Infrastructure team, the main purpose of this position is to help and assist Nordic Choice HQ-users, hotels in the Oslo area and projects with IT-related support and activities.
The role will be tasked with solving both practical and more complex technical issues and will also collaborate with team members across all departments to assist them with their technical requirements and activities which means that in this role your knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware and end-user applications is must as you will be Responsible for driving and solving complicated problems and see projects through to completion.
As you will be helping a lot of people in this role you need to be service minded as well as a team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems and activities.
A strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills will help make your days easier.
As we are a fast phased organization you’ll probably also need the ability to time manage and effectively prioritize numerous activities/projects and at the same time have analytical skills to study problems and records and identify solutions.
