About the job

Join our dynamic team as a Project Controller and play a pivotal role in our finance department.
Your mission? To deliver precise and timely reports that drive us towards our strategic objectives.
You'll be a valued member of our Finance Department, reporting directly to our Business Controller.
While the primary location is Notodden, flexibility is available.

Key tasks

• Monthly project and portfolio reporting.
• Invoicing and follow-up of accounts receivable as well as Project cashflow management.
• Internal reporting of actuals and forecast, ensuring early detection of unwanted cost development.
• Further develop and optimize the existing reports, systems and routines for project controlling, and overall contribution to best practices deployment.
• Ad hoc analysis and support to project management as agreed/required.
• Project cost evaluation – drive cost saving initiatives.
• Purchasing and inventory level assessment.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, economics or other related fields.
  Relevant experience can compensate for a lack of education.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferably as Project Controller in the Oil & Gas sector
• Accounting and/or Controlling skills.
• Good skills in the use of Excel and PowerBI reports.
  Microsoft Business Central experience is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Fluent in English, Norwegian is a plus.
