Your tasks:

In the role as a pastry kitchen employee, you will be part of the daily production of cakes for Lagkagehuset's guests.
We do not expect you to be trained in the field, but experience from the bakery, pastry, or kitchen industry is an advantage.
In a pastry shop with a wide range of products, your tasks will vary - in the summer period, you will become familiar with the strawberry tart, while leading up to Christmas, you will get close to the "klejner" (traditional Danish Christmas pastry).

Your working hours:

Your workweek is 37 hours, with one day off per week and every other weekend off.
Together, we will plan a schedule between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

Historien om Lagkagehuset går tilbage til de tidligste 1990'erne, hvor de to bagere Steen Skallebæk og Ole Kristoffersen åbnede hver et bageri henholdsvis i Haderslev og på Christainshavn i København.
De blev begge succesfulde og etablerede navne i deres lokalområder, og i 2008 fandt de sammen om et fælles ønske om at give det øvrige Danmark en bid af den gode kvalitet.
