For our office in Copenhagen we are looking for a skilled, proactive, digital Junior Performance Marketing Specialist who is passionate about e-commerce and performance marketing.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

As a Junior Performance Marketing Specialist in our Performance Marketing team, you are expected to be ready for the challenge of taking responsibility for our business’ growth alongside the marketing team, by ensuring high performance on our paid marketing/media investment through Google, Meta, Affiliates, etc.
through continuous optimization, reporting and development of our activities across existing and new markets in Europe.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performance marketing strategy development in close cooperation with the Performance Marketing Team Lead
• Operations, optimization and development of PPC activities across all markets
• Performance reporting and budgeting across media and markets
• Market development research and analysis

 WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• Minimum one year of experience from a relevant role in performance marketing
• Knowledge of GA4, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
• Proactive thinking and a data-driven and detail oriented mindset
• Great communication skills in Danish- and English, both spoken and written
• The ambition to learn and elevate your skillset
