Business IT / Requirement Analyst

Regarding the position:
- As the Business IT / Requirement Analyst in the Collaboration Product
  Development initiative, you will be expected to work across multiple business
  units across R&D and IT to perform business and systems analysis activities and
  tasks to enable cloud-based collaboration tools and DevSecOps.

- You will work directly with the Product Managers, Product Owners, Business
  and Solution Architects as well as other stakeholders to ensure requirements are
  thoroughly documented, tested, and achieved.

- You should be able to gather and document the functional and non-functional
  requirements and perform analysis to evaluate build vs buy.

- This position requires strong collaboration and the ability to work in fast-paced
  multi-disciplinary environments.

What will your tasks entail:
- Conduct thorough research and assessment of business processes, anticipate
  future needs, and carry out comprehensive requirements analysis.

- Collect and record both business and technical requirements using cloud-based
  tools such as Jira, jFrog Artifactory, Gitlab, and Confluence.

- Compose and document business requirements, functional and Non-Functional
  requirements.

- Compose specifications and user manuals, and actively participate in user
  acceptance testing.

- Facilitate alignment between business and technical requirements, collaborating
  closely with pertinent stakeholders.

- Undertake data analysis and investigations to address business inquiries.

- Engage with key stakeholders to define business goals and determinants of
  success.

- Ensure alignment of business processes with Agile methodologies.

- Effectively manage multiple tasks, utilizing discernment to prioritize and escalate
  matters that impact overarching objectives.

What we are looking for:

- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in business/systems analysis within the
  realm of software development projects.

- Proficiency in adept problem-solving and effective management.

- Outstanding communication and analytical aptitude.

- Capability to craft requirement documents using methodologies like user story
  mapping, epics, user stories, backlog management, and acceptance criteria.

- Familiarity with tools like Jira and a fundamental grasp of DevSecOps concepts
  (technical fundamentals).

Advantageous attributes:
- Proficiency with tools such as JFROG Artifactory, Gitlab, and Confluence.

- Demonstrates a solid grasp of the Agile development methodology and DevOps
  principles.

- Hands-on experience in CI/CD pipelines, integration, building, and test
  automation for web-based platforms.

- Previous involvement in Digital transformation, Software as a Service (Saas),
  and Cloud (AWS) initiatives.
