Dynaudio, the legendary Danish speaker maker, is looking for a new Project Coordinator
for our Automotive projects to work at our HQ in Skanderborg.

About the job:
As our new Project Coordinator for Automotive development projects your main
responsibility will be to ensure effectively executed projects, supporting our project
managers throughout the projects.

You’ll become part of our Automotive department where you will assist our two project
managers with daily tasks.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating project tasks and resources internally and externally.

- Supporting project managers in daily project management.

- Communication with stakeholders internally and externally.

- Ensuring focus on budgets, timelines, task delivery and communication.

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.

About the department:
We’re a team of currently 12 colleagues in Denmark within Project Management,
Acoustics, and Mechanical Engineering.
We work closely with colleagues and clients in China.
Our days consists of CAD work, listening sessions, project meetings and more.
We are a dedicated and humorous bunch who are fortunate enough to work with our
passion every day.

About you:
You have experience with Technical Project Management - preferably including audio
knowledge and experience.
You have experience working in a multicultural environment and working across
continents.

- You have 3-5 years’ experience in the audio, automotive or sound industry.

- You are trained within business administration.
  Project management, finance og related fields.

- You have experience as a project coordinator, project assistant, project controller, or
  equivalent.

- You speak Chinese at business level.

- You have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Experience with Microsoft Project would be a plus.

English is our main company language, so you’ll need to be comfortably fluent in both
writing and speaking it too.
