We’re currently looking for a skilled UX Designer to join an innovative team within the global retail industry.
This assignment focuses on rebuilding a digital product that supports retail concept assessments across a wide network of customer meeting points.
The goal? To empower store co-workers and retail leaders through an intuitive tool that drives quality, consistency, and continuous improvement.
The assignment is full-time (32-40 hours per week), starting as soon as possible and running until 15 February 2026.
The role is based in Malmö with an on-site presence required 2–3 days per week.

About the role:
As a UX Designer, you’ll join a newly formed product team working to reimagine the end-to-end digital journey for retail assessments.
From defining user needs to delivering elegant design solutions, you’ll help build a product from the ground up that enhances operational efficiency and supports retail excellence.
Reporting to a Digital Product Leader, you'll work closely with developers, researchers, and retail experts to simplify a complex and highly impactful process.
Responsibilities:
- Translate user insights and business needs into intuitive digital experiences that support retail assessments
- Design user-friendly interfaces for complex workflows, ensuring scalability and accessibility
- Collaborate with researchers to conduct usability testing and validate design decisions
- Work closely with developers and product stakeholders to align design work with product strategy
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using tools like Figma and Miro
- Apply and contribute to the design system to ensure consistency across platforms
- Continuously iterate on design solutions based on user feedback and analytics
- Support a culture of collaboration, feedback, and learning within the product team
About you:
You are a UX Designer with at least five years of experience including designing scalable digital products.
Your expertise lies in simplifying complex systems and creating solutions that are both functional and user-centric.
You’re naturally collaborative and thrive in cross-functional teams.
Your ability to advocate for the user and translate insights into actionable design makes you a valuable contributor in a product-driven environment.
Experience with enterprise tools or operational systems is a strong advantage.
Experience and skills:
- 5+ years of UX design experience
- Proven ability to translate complex processes into intuitive digital interfaces
- Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design (Figma, Miro, Framer)
- Experience working with design systems in a collaborative product environment
- Ability to work closely with developers, researchers, and stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and a user-first mindset
- Comfortable conducting or collaborating on usability testing
- Professional fluency in English is required
