About the Role: As an Assistant Kitchen Manager at FAVO, you will play a central role in the development of our operations in Stockholm.
You will support the unit manager with a particular focus on service and personnel management.
In the absence of the unit manager, you will be responsible.
Your main focus will be on kitchen operations where quality, order, and food safety are of utmost importance.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Staff scheduling
• Ordering goods
• Self-inspection and quality control
• Cooking and monitoring kitchen processes
