Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement communication strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Create engaging job postings and advertisements to promote open positions.
• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and answering inquiries.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
• Utilize various communication channels, including social media, email, and networking events, to reach potential candidates.
• Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and recruitment activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and organizations.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish
• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, communications, or a related field is an advantage.
