What you will do:

• Be the eyes and ears of the team handling customer inquiries
• Provide excellent customer support and communicate with customers via phone, e-mail, video and chat, analyzing issues with transactions such as bank transfers and internet purchases.php
• Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitive.

You

• Are fluent in Swedish at a native level.
• Very good knowledge of English – both in written and spoken language.
• Customer support experience is welcome but not a demand.
• Exceptional communication as well as a problem-solving mentality
• Computer knowledge
• Resourcefulness – the ability to multitask
• A positive and adventurous attitude.
