*Position Overview:*

Skillhuset is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability Manager to lead our sustainability initiatives and drive our commitment to environmental excellence.
This position is based in our Stockholm office and offers an exciting opportunity to influence and shape our sustainability strategies at a pivotal time of growth and innovation.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Develop, implement, and monitor sustainable business practices at both strategic and operational levels.

- Lead the integration of sustainability into company policies and practices, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Collaborate with various departments to establish sustainability goals, and track progress towards these goals with clear, measurable metrics.

- Communicate sustainability strategies and outcomes effectively to stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.

- Stay informed on relevant environmental legislation, industry trends, and sustainability issues to maintain and enhance company leadership in sustainability.

*Qualifications:*

- A Master’s Degree in Environmental Science with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, or a PhD in a related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

- Proven track record of managing sustainability initiatives and projects within a corporate setting.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making in sustainability contexts.

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring teams and influencing stakeholders.

- Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
