What will you do?

Your role will be to collaborate with colleagues to support our production facilities in your region to achieve leading performance targets.
This will include preparing and implementing capital projects, deploying efficient processes, embedding safety and integrating standardised tools.

Your responsibilities:

• Act as CAPEX Manager in the preparation/execution of CAPEX projects.

• Support regional Engineering staff to prepare, evaluate & execute their CAPEX projects.

Collaborate with colleagues to capture the local technical needs/specifics.

• Ensure clear definition of project scopes.

• Design technical solutions accurately scope & cost them.

• Collaborate with colleagues to allocate resources & procure external support.

• Use your knowledge to develop technically feasible solutions that meet customer needs.

This is a permanent position starting as soon as possible and you will be placed at our site just outside Malmö, Sweden.
You will report directly to Regional Engineering Manager EMEA.

Who you are?

To be successful in this role you have experience in Operations & Capital Project/Portfolio Management.
You oversee multiple major capex projects involving multiple functions.
You have a proven experience of managing suppliers.
You understand the technical and scientific (MEng level) in the areas of engineering.

You enjoy a collaborative working environment where supporting colleagues is key.
You have excellent communication & interpersonal skills, as well as experience of working in different cultures.

Of course you do have good standard of written & spoken English.
