Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation of project bids and proposals.
- Project management, including on-site supervision and office tasks.
- Customer service, managing both external and internal communication, both in person and over the phone.
- Personnel management and work supervision.
- Ongoing quality assurance.
- Conducting construction meetings.
- Material receipt and quality control.
- Handover inspections.

Your Qualifications:
- Trained carpenter with several years of experience in project management.
- Experience in new construction, renovations, and energy optimization.
- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to stay composed in high-pressure situations.
- Good business acumen.
- Efficient and responsible work ethic.
