Due to our continued growth, we are now recruiting for a Diagnostic SW Engineer to strengthen our team in Gothenburg.

Role Summary:

The Diagnostic SW engineer will ensure that our power-steering node complies with relevant OBD regulations and diagnostic fault monitoring and mitigation strategies.
You will test the diagnostic capabilities of the power-steering and help create and maintain the design verification methods to verify fault monitoring requirements.

Area of Responsibility:

Complete vehicle level verification testing of diagnostic fault paths and reactions.

Diagnostic data collection in complete vehicle:

· Organize data collection (technical solution for collection and when to test in which vehicles)

· Assign diagnostic testing tasks.

· Analyze collected data.

· Structure and present results to diagnostic system designer

Support supplier and diagnostic system designer to improve robustness of diagnostics.

Knowledge / Experience:

· Skilled engineer with several years of experience from working with OBD

· Good Knowledge about diagnostic fault handling

· Knowledge of mechatronic nodes and possible fault modes

· Troubleshooting in vehicle

Meritorious qualifications:

· Knowledge of steering

· Knowledge of Diagnostic BT requirements

· T3 license

Competences:

· Bachelor or equivalent documented education/experience.

· EU Driving license
