In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

- Be a part of a value stream working with Robotics and Intelligent Automation

- Be the key person in the delivery stages for the value stream, driving 3 development teams to reach our goals

- Drive and maintain agile ways of working, ensuring agile methodology and principles

- Drive improvement within the agile process and tools used by the team

- Frame key activities and assist product owner in prioritizing roadmap

- Lead key initiatives from analysis phase all the way to implementation

- Identify and remove impediments

What is needed in this role:

- 3-5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master

- Essential skills and abilities, including knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Agile frameworks like SAFe

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork, leadership qualities to guide teams towards successful project delivery

- Experience of responsibilities which includes leading sprints, planning meetings, daily stand-ups, conducting retrospectives and reviews; removing obstacles to ensure team progress; creating project timelines and keeping stakeholders informed about progress through reporting

- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence to manage sprints, track progress, report on metrics, and identify areas for improvement

- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and oral
