Designer to take lead in one of our Product Teams.

Team and workplace

You will work in close collaboration with the product, engineers, QA and the Marketing team.
You will report directly to the CPO.

Our office is located in central Stockholm and we apply a hybrid workplace solution.

Your challenge

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for building a great user experience for our smart device users and customers.
Your daily work includes:

Drive customer insight and research work.

Articulate customer problems and translate these into hypothesis of solutions.

Facilitate discovery of new concepts and get the team with you.
Craft and design from end to end - from wireframe to final ready to ship design.

Ensure close sync and iterations with other product teams, designer and make sure insights from other teams are captured on an ongoing basis

Continuously update and evolve design system and standards together with design colleague and the engineers.

About you

To be successful in this role, we believe you are passionate about user facing products and energy tech.
You are a true problem solver, like to take accountability, bounce back when the going gets tough and you easily collaborate with others across the company.

In terms of experience, we believe you have several years of experience within Product Design.
You have previously worked with mobile products and focused on research, usability tests, wireframes, and mockups.
Preferably you have some experience with HW products.
You also have good knowledge of Figma and both quantitative and qualitative user research methods.
Furthermore, you are fluent in English, both spoken and written.

It is meritorious if you have previously worked at a scale-up company and also if you speak Swedish.
