Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Industrial Designer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Joining the small vehicle concept team, contributing to problem-solving efforts and fostering a collaborative team spirit.
• Engage in an iterative design and development process to create a top unit suitable for a multi-task platform.
• Visualize how these top units can generate new business value in the transport landscape of 2030 and beyond.
• Manage the procurement of parts and the assembly of a prototype.
• Lead the design of A-surface covers.

What You Bring:

• Background in Automotive or Industrial design, coupled with technical proficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to independently conduct user studies within comprehensive and intricate systems.
• Proficiency in translating observations into insights, including facilitating workshops with project stakeholders to enhance understanding and empathy for system users.
• Proficiency in design methodologies, spanning from initial sketches to early concept CAD and prototyping.
• Excellent English language skills.

Wanted Competence:

• Proficiency in Alias surfaces.
• Experience with VRED, including animation skills.
• Proficiency in both analog and digital sketching.
• Strong concept development skills.
