Who we are
We are the Software and Electronics Platform (SWEP) - Solution Supportdepartment and we do everything we can to support the Agile Release Trains in the best way we can.
We are divided into three different areas: Business, Factory and Safety.
This position is for the Business team.
Within Team Business we support the organization with Change Management, Quality Management and we are also supporting the organization with coordination of vehicle releases.
Our experienced Change Leaders are working with improving the efficiency of our internal processes both within the SWEP organization and cross functionally within R&D.
To support the implementation of the improvement initiatives we have two Education Coordinators who are also working with e.g.
education planning for new employees.
The Solution Quality Leaders are supporting the organization to improve the quality of our products and our Release leaders are supporting with coordination and planning related to vehicle releases.
We are dedicated to build cross-functional and empowered teams and an agile environment where we learn every day, challenge each other and give continuous feedback.
We are now looking for a Team Manager for the Business team to help us focus and lead the development team on their exciting agile journey!

What will you do?
With focus on leading the team and ensuring that they have the prerequisites they need – helping them to deliver on their commitments and grow as an empowered agile team.
You proactively work with competence development to assure the right skills within the team as well as recruiting and onboarding new members.

Who you are
We think you are a self-driven team player with leadership skills, that likes taking responsibility and ownership but also knows when and how to delegate.
You take a structured approach to your work and have relevant technical skills that you have successfully applied to complex engineering tasks in the past.
Collaboration and swift communication feel natural to you, and you actively seek inspiration and influences to continuously improve your work methods.
You share your know-how and expertise, contribute where you can, and you are also not afraid to ask for help when you need it.
At the same time you have no problem stating your own opinion, and setting high standards and expectations.

You communicate well in English and have at least a B.Sc.
or equivalent within a technical area relevant to the teams’ work tasks (Computer, Electrical, Engineering Physics or similar).
Beside previous leadership roles and experiences, we appreciate if you have experience from software development.
Bonus points awarded for being extremely data-driven, adopting/implementing Data Driven Transparency.
Preferably you also have experience from program/project management.
Experience within Automotive and from working in an international environment is meritorious.
