GANT - Head of Wholesale Sweden

About the role
As Head of Wholesale at GANT, you will be responsible of meeting all commercial and strategic partners for wholesale and franchise.
You activate and own the execution of the GANT strategies across your region which will be Sweden and Denmark.
You will drive a profitable and sustainable market share growth while respecting the image of the GANT brand.
Your team is based in Sweden and Denmark and consists of 3 Wholesale Account Managers and 3 Key Account Managers.
Part of your role as Head of Wholesale will be to motivate and support the team individuals in personal growth.

Some of your strengths is to get people onboard, see the big picture and play the short and long game at the same time.
You don’t mind taking hard decisions and to negotiate with good communication.
Also, you have strong strategic and analytical skills.


Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for all activities towards the areas of responsibility.

• Create strong long-term partnerships with our most important partners.
Some traveling days will be required.

• Manage the sell in, and jointly with your team develop and implement the strategic account plans and season account plans.

• Own the negotiation of GANT´s trade investments.

• Ensure your team is applying GANT company standards and best practice in daily work according to the commercial policy.

• Motivate and support team individuals in personal growth.

• Full financial profit and loss statement for your areas of responsibility.


Your skills

• We believe you have been working with sales and/or leadership, preferably in combination, for at least 5 years.

• You have a couple of years’ experience from the apparel/fashion/shoes/sport or FMCG.

• You have a strategic way of thinking and like to analyze.

• You speak and write English and Swedish fluently.

• You manage Office smoothly, especially Excel.
