About the role:
As an IT Support employee you will have a key role to ensure a good delivery of the quality in the IT department and to support and solve all your colleagues in various IT question.
It is important that you are service minded and like to establish and develop strong relationships with all functions and departments in the business to maximize the best support to the organization.
Main responsibilities:
  • Provide first and second level user IT support for users in Antalis Scandinavia
  • Manage (planning, procurement, installing, maintenance, decommissioning) Antalis Sweden IT equipment, PC, laptops, printers, switches, warehouse equipment, etc.
  • Follow the defined policies in everyday activities
Knowledge, capabilities and skills:

As an IT support employee you have the ability to make things happens while you are working in a structured way and able to work in a busy environment.
You are a team player who like to collaborate and network, while you are good at working independently.
• Experience in IT support at least two years • Experience with Windows workstations (deploy, fix Windows/Office)• Knowledge of networks basics• Knowledge of basics of AD, GPO, PS • Experience with virtual environments • Ability to train users (Windows, Office 365)• Very good communication skills in international environment• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy• Fast reaction, quick task prioritization• Good understanding of the Antalis business strategy, policies and operational processes• Very good English speaking and writing skills.
Any other regional language skills are appreciated.
