ESG Coordinator

Baettr has a clear strategy, and we are experiencing rapid growth! Therefore, we are looking to further strengthen our Global Sustainability team to meet current and future requirements in a dynamic industry.

Our organization is dedicated to renewable energy, and we have 1,200 skilled and motived colleagues around the world.
You will become part of our Global Sustainability team which consists of a small team of two employees.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Sustainability.

Your tasks will include:

• collecting, processing and analysing ESG data from various systems and sources, e.g., HR, HSE, production, purchasing and finance
• maintaining databases and systems to organize and analyse ESG data
• working with DMA, gap analysis and reporting in relation to relevant ESRS requirements
• assisting in the preparation of the annual EcoVadis reporting and drive changes/improvement towards improved EcoVadis score
• assisting in the preparation of the sustainability/CSRD reporting in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• working on increasing the awareness of Sustainability internally, incl.
  training in and implementation of our Sustainability Strategy and ambitious KPIs, both at Group level and in our factories
• participating in the implementation of new requirements (legislation, customers, etc.)
• project managing/participation in various sustainability projects.

You will have great opportunities to help set the agenda and influence how we work with sustainability (data processing/handling/automation) and improve our sustainability impact.

Professional and personal qualifications:

As the ESG Coordinator, we expect you to be openminded and culturally aware as you will work closely with colleagues both in Group functions and locally in our factories.
You must have a natural interest in sustainability, a desire to help increase awareness as well as follow the development within sustainability yourself.

We see the ideal candidate working in detail and like to "geek" with legislation and standards as well as have a pragmatic approach to things and be able to see opportunities rather than limitations.

If you have experience with ESG data analysis and reporting, it will be a big advantage, but we value your personality the most, as we can teach you and are willing to give you time to learn about ESG requirements.

In addition, we would like you to be:

• excellent in data handling and analysis, and super user in tools such as Excel and Power BI
• a true team player with the ability to work effectively both independently and in groups

• a strong communicator with the ability to communicate complex results to various stakeholders
