Ensure high data integrity, system efficiency, and strong user adoption.
Drive continuous improvements in planning processes, tools, and workflows in collaboration with IT and Operations.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales, Production, Procurement, and R&D to ensure end-to-end alignment.
Support decision-making through structured planning insights and scenario analysis.
Act as the central coordination point between commercial and operational functions.
International Expansion:
Co-develop and implement planning frameworks for new international sites together with the COO.
Ensure planning processes, inventory structures, and operational capabilities scale effectively across regions.
Support the development of a global operational playbook.
What you bring
You bring both strategic perspective and hands-on execution power and you know how to operate in a fast-moving, international environment.
Education: 15+ years of experience within global supply chain planning, S&OP/S&IOP leadership, or planning transformation roles.
Experience: Strong experience with global planning, forecasting, capacity management, and inventory alignment.

Strong communication and stakeholder management: Communicate with impact and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive management.

What we offer you
Purpose-driven company: An innovative defence technology company with a clear mission - We Save Lives.

The team you will join
